The TDA21472 is a high-performance OptiMOS™ Powerstage DC-DC converter that combines a low quiescent-current synchronous buck gate-driver IC co-packaged with a Schottky diode, as well as high-side and low-side MOSFETs. This integrated package is specifically optimized for PCB layout, heat transfer, driver/MOSFET control timing, and minimal switch node ringing when layout guidelines are followed.
